Work sux.

I suppose it is true that I am slack assing on the "Rules for work" thing. And my rebuttal to that charge is that I have totally given up on most humans as their working selves (don't infer that to assume I am fine with humanity otherwise... let the record show I lean more toward misanthropic than humanitarian). Generally, I've nothing to report that you can't figure out for yourselves from your own experience: we get petty and small minded when our territory is threatened, people who work their asses off don't get acknowledged for it (refering not just to myself but to a select few, including my current supervisor), and when big changes are on the horizon management will do all it can to hide the obvious. Not much has changed in the three years that I was out of the workforce proper.
What I think this all boils down to is lack of leadership. For instance, one of the upper managers of something blah blah executive tell me the title and it means nothing to me has a photo of THIS GUY next to his computer:

Is that for serious? I have to conclude yes, as the poster seems not to me the sort who gets irony, let alone enjoys it. And we work in a health related organization. I've been stretching my brain for what offensive moron I can post in my cubicle, but don't think any of my choices capture quite the same level of transgression of judgement. Suggestions?

Name that star.

It's a tough call... is it __________ or is it ____________?
[Hint. Both are barfy.]
